AECjobs.co is a paid job board built exclusively for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry. We launched in 2026 because the existing options for AEC hiring were either too broad to be useful (LinkedIn, Indeed) or too aggressive to be affordable. We thought the industry deserved a third option: one price, qualified candidates, no platform between you and your next hire.

What we are

We are a paid job board for the AEC industry. Firms post open roles for $99 per 30-day listing, and candidates browse and apply for free. There’s no candidate database, no recruiter outreach, no algorithmic matching trying to be clever about your hiring decisions. And there's none of the noise from generic job posting sites. When the listing goes up, candidates apply through a simple form, and their applications land in the employer’s inbox with a resume attached.

What we’re not

We’re not a recruiting firm. We don’t take a commission on placements. We don’t sell candidate profiles, we don’t store resumes after the application is forwarded, and we don’t run “intelligent matching” algorithms on your candidates. We’re not owned by a private-equity job-board roll-up, and we’re not chasing a venture-backed exit. We’re a small business trying to solve one problem well.

Where we’re based

Denver, Colorado. The .co in our domain isn’t a coincidence. It’s a nod to the state and to the way the Front Range AEC market actually works: tight-knit, project-driven, and dominated by firms that know each other. We started here because it’s the market we know. Most of our listings are along the Front Range, with a growing footprint in surrounding states. Remote and out-of-region roles are welcome too.
