We collect as little personal data as possible.

Job seekers

Browsing and applying does not require an account. For listings that accept applications through our in-site form, we collect the personal data you submit (name, email, optional phone, optional LinkedIn / portfolio URLs, optional cover note, and your resume PDF) only to deliver it. Your submission is processed transiently and emailed directly to the employer — we do not store the application, the resume, or any of the form fields on our servers after the email is sent. For listings that link out to an external apply URL, the apply button opens the employer's site and that interaction happens between you and the employer. We use anonymous, aggregate analytics (page views, apply-button clicks) to help employers understand listing performance.

Spam prevention

To prevent abuse of the in-site application form, we briefly store your IP address along with a timestamp (one row per hour) so we can rate-limit excessive submissions. These rate-limit records are automatically pruned after one hour and are never shared with employers or third parties.

Employers

When you post a listing we collect your email address (for sending the confirmation, edit link, renewal reminder, and expiration notice), your billing details (handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers), and the listing content you submit.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies and sessionStorage entries for things like preventing duplicate view-count increments. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with vendors needed to operate the service (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, our hosting provider for infrastructure).
