Terms of Use
From employers (when you post a Listing): your name, company name, billing email, billing details processed by Stripe (we don’t store credit card numbers), and the content of your Listing.
1. Acceptance
By using AECjobs.co (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. We may update these Terms occasionally—when we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
2. What the Service is
AECjobs.co is a paid job listing service for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry. Employers post open roles (“Listings”) for a per-listing fee. Candidates browse Listings and apply to employers directly. We are not an employment agency, recruiter, or party to any employment relationship between employer and candidate.
3. Listings and payment
Posting a Listing costs $99 USD per 30-day term, payable at the time of posting via Stripe. Renewals are $49 for an additional 30 days. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we never store full payment card details. Listings go live automatically upon successful payment. Refund policy is described in our FAQ and in section 8 below.
4. Content you submit
You’re responsible for the content you submit: Listing details, company information, contact emails, and any other data. You represent that you have the right to post this content and that it’s accurate, lawful, and doesn’t infringe on anyone else’s rights. We reserve the right to remove any Listing that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or the public-interest standards of the AEC profession (see section 5).
5. Acceptable use
You won’t use the Service to post discriminatory, harassing, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful Listings; harvest personal data; spam candidates; or post on behalf of someone else without their authorization. Listings must be for genuine, currently open AEC positions. We reserve the right to remove Listings or suspend accounts (when we have them) that violate this section, without refund.
6. Candidate applications
When a candidate applies to a Listing, their application is forwarded to the employer via the method the employer chose (email or external URL). We do not store or retain copies of candidate applications, resumes, or contact information beyond what’s necessary to deliver the application. We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection and rate-limit submissions by IP address.
7. Intellectual property
The AECjobs.co name, logo, and underlying software are owned by Bold Brand LLC. The content of individual Listings remains owned by the employer who posted them. By posting a Listing, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and index the Listing on the Service and in related search results.
8. Refunds
Full refunds are available within 7 days of posting if no candidate has clicked the apply button on your Listing. After 7 days, or after any apply-button clicks, Listings are non-refundable. To request a refund, email billing@aecjobs.co.
9. Service availability and disclaimers
We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep things running smoothly, we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific hiring outcomes. We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of any Listing content, candidate applications, or hiring decisions made via the Service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bold Brand LLC’s total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or hiring decisions.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in section 8.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
