About the role

Farnsworth Group's Denver office is looking for an Architectural Manager to lead architecture projects and grow the regional practice. You'll own the full seller-doer cycle — building client relationships, winning work, and delivering design and technical excellence across municipal, higher education, and commercial projects. This is a leadership seat with real influence over the region's strategic direction.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program required; Master's preferred
Registered Architect in Colorado required; NCARB preferred
15+ years of experience in architectural design and facilities planning
Proven business development track record: RFPs, SOQs, client cultivation, and contract wins
Experience leading and mentoring architectural staff
Strong project management skills across all phases, with municipal, higher education, or commercial market experience
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating as a consulting services provider
