About the role

Swinerton is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth for a specific market segment or region — owning everything from sales strategy and client relationships to proposals and preconstruction coordination. This is a senior role with real influence over how the division pursues and wins work, not a support function.

What we're looking for

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, plus professional sales training
8+ years in marketing or business development, preferably in construction
5+ years of management experience
Solid understanding of construction industry markets, fee structures, and contract forms
Proven ability to negotiate contracts and produce polished proposals and presentations
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
