About the role

Black & Veatch is looking for a Senior Conveyance Technical Director to drive new business growth and provide technical leadership on conveyance projects across the country. You'll own client relationships, shape pursuit strategies, and serve as a key quality resource on active civil works projects — all within a team that's moving the needle on major linear infrastructure programs. This is a senior, ownership-driven role for someone who wants to shape both the work and the next generation of leaders doing it.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's in Civil Engineering or Business preferred
Minimum 11 years of related experience in conveyance or linear infrastructure
Active P.E. license required (Engineer of Record responsibilities)
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and lead capture efforts
Familiarity with state and federal regulatory requirements a plus
Comfortable presenting at national and regional industry conferences
