About the role

PCL Construction's Denver office is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead pursuit strategy and day-to-day marketing execution for one of the country's largest employee-owned general contractors. You'll own proposals, qualifications, brand materials, thought leadership, and client communications — the full mix that helps a construction firm win work and stay top of mind. This is a role for someone who can move between big-picture strategy and deadline-driven deliverables without losing momentum.

What we're looking for

Postsecondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent
7 years of progressive marketing experience
Advanced command of brand strategy and execution across print, web, video, advertising, and social media
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills — you can translate executive strategy into copy that actually lands
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
Ability to interpret data analytics and apply findings to marketing plans
Comfort managing complex, multi-stakeholder events and coordinating cross-functional deliverables
Active involvement in industry organizations; willingness to take on a leadership role
