About the role

Lead high-design civic and hospitality projects from concept through construction administration. You will own client relationships, run a small team of 2–3 architects, and shape the studio's direction in the Mountain West.

What you'll bring

Licensed architect with 8+ years of experience
Demonstrated portfolio of built work over $10M
Revit fluency, deep DD/CD documentation chops
Comfort presenting to municipalities and clients
