About the role

Thornton Tomasetti's Structural Engineering practice partners with architects, owners, and builders to design structures across the full spectrum — from supertall towers to intricate jewel-box builds. As a Senior Engineer in the Denver office, you'll own analysis, design, and detailing tasks of growing complexity, contribute to small and mid-size projects, and take on selected components of larger signature work. This is a role for someone ready to deepen their technical chops while starting to grow into project delivery and client-facing responsibilities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering; Master's preferred
2+ years of structural engineering experience with proficiency in SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, StructurePoint, and Revit
Hands-on experience designing steel, concrete, and timber systems
Ability to develop and refine construction documents in a BIM environment
Clear communicator who can coordinate across disciplines and support junior staff
Self-starter with a proactive approach to workload management and professional growth
