About the role

Richard is a fast-growing general contractor working across healthcare, data centers, and other complex project types. As Proposal Coordinator, you'll own the full proposal lifecycle — from solicitation review and kickoff through compliance checks and final submission — working alongside Business Development, Estimating, Operations, and design partners. This is a deadline-driven role where your organizational instincts and writing skills directly shape how Richard wins work.

What we're looking for

2–5 years of proposal coordination, marketing coordination, or bid support experience
Background supporting construction, design-build, or public/private sector proposals
Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Teams, and SharePoint
Solid writing, editing, proofreading, and document formatting skills
Ability to read and interpret solicitation instructions and build compliance matrices
Comfortable managing multiple pursuits and deadlines simultaneously
Experience supporting small business participation or subcontracting plans is a plus
