About the role

AECOM's Pacific West Water business line is looking for a VP of Strategy and Growth to lead regional expansion across water, wastewater, dams, mining, and water resources markets. You'll own the annual sales plan, drive capture and pursuit strategies for major programs, and build the client relationships that keep a high-performing technical team busy on meaningful work. This is a seat at the table for someone who can move fluidly between engineering leadership and market strategy.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field plus 12+ years of relevant experience in water infrastructure, business development, or project leadership — including at least 4 years in a leadership role
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Business Administration is a plus
Established client network across the western United States
Proven track record managing large-scale, multidisciplinary infrastructure programs in an engineering consulting environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence across organizational levels
