About the role

Bryan Construction is hiring a full-cycle Recruiter to own the hiring process from job posting through onboarding handoff. You'll partner directly with hiring managers across the organization, source and screen candidates, and serve as the primary point of contact for college recruiting and the internship program. It's a hands-on role with real ownership in a fast-paced construction environment.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and working with ATS platforms, HRIS, and sourcing tools preferred
Prior recruiting experience in construction or a related industry is a plus
Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
Must pass a drug screen and background investigation
