About the role

Bryan Construction's Business Development Manager owns the full arc of new work acquisition — from market intelligence and relationship-building to pursuit strategy and client interviews. You'll work directly alongside operations, preconstruction, and executive leadership to position BCI for the right opportunities across its construction market sectors. This is a front-facing, strategic role for someone who already knows the AEC world and wants to grow within it.

What we're looking for

Substantial sales, marketing, or business development experience in the AEC industry
Established network within the AEC community, ideally in markets where BCI operates
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience supporting or leading client presentations and interviews
Valid driver's license; ability to travel as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred
5+ years of BD or sales experience preferred
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and event planning a plus
Spanish bilingual a plus
