About the role

BluSky's Fort Collins branch needs a Vice President to own everything: P&L, sales, operations, and the team that makes it all run. You'll drive new business through relationships with property managers, insurance adjusters, brokers, and other trade partners while keeping project margins, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction on track. This is a full general-management seat with real commission upside.

What we're looking for

5+ years of insurance restoration experience preferred
3+ years in a management role with direct reports
Proven business development track record — you know how to build and maintain referral relationships
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, project management software, and LinkedIn
Valid driver's license with a clean record; ability to travel for project needs and leadership functions
