About the role

Ware Malcomb's Denver office is looking for a Director to lead its Architecture group — owning design quality, business development, financial performance, and team culture for the local market. This is a senior leadership seat with real P&L responsibility and direct influence over how the studio grows. If you're a licensed architect who's been running a studio or team and wants the autonomy to build something, this is worth a close look.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in architecture
Prior experience leading a studio or team
Licensed Architect (strongly preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships in the local market
Experience with proposals, contracts, and project financials
Comfortable with business development — networking, CRM tracking, and winning work
