Wold Architects and Engineers is growing its Government Architecture practice in Denver, and this role is the engine behind that growth. You'll own the full business development cycle — from identifying opportunities and building relationships with government clients to championing RFP responses and staying engaged through project delivery. This is a partner-level position for someone who thrives on building long-term client trust in the public sector.

What we're looking for

Professional licensure in Architecture required
Demonstrated experience in business development or client relationship management within the government sector
Familiarity with government procurement processes, including RFPs and public-sector decision-making
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial — comfortable navigating complex bureaucracies and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Strong written and verbal communication skills; willingness to travel
