About the role

WSP's data center infrastructure practice is growing, and this role sits at the center of that expansion. As Business Development Leader for Data Center Power Systems, you'll own client relationships, drive market strategy, and connect WSP's global delivery teams to win and execute large-scale power systems work for data center clients. It's a senior seat with real influence over how WSP competes in one of the fastest-moving segments in the industry.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred
15+ years of experience in data center power systems or critical facilities — specifically power generation and delivery
Strong command of power systems design and redundancy strategies
Established client relationships and industry contacts in the data center or critical facilities market
Proven ability to lead proposal efforts, negotiate commercial terms, and manage cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel regularly for client engagement and industry events
PMP certification and familiarity with renewable energy integration are a plus
