About the role

HDR's Industrial sector is looking for an LNG Business Development Lead to own the strategy, client growth, and financial performance of its LNG Service Line. You'll guide project delivery from planning and design through construction monitoring, while building and deepening relationships with gas utilities, developers, midstream companies, and major oil and gas operators. This is a senior leadership role with real influence over where the service line goes next.

What we're looking for

15+ years of relevant industry experience; 10+ years specifically in LNG project management
Deep knowledge of the LNG market, including small- and midscale LNG, and how facilities operate, are maintained, and improved
Established client relationships with LNG facility owners, operators, and developers
Proven track record winning high-value A/E/C contracts and growing programs in competitive markets
Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience developing pursuit strategies
Ability to recruit and build a network of LNG engineering professionals
PMP certification preferred; valid driver's license required
Willingness to travel up to 30%
