About the role

AECOM's Buildings & Places (B+P) practice is looking for a VP-level growth leader to own the global strategy for Prime System Integrator accounts — think Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, BAE, and RTX. You'll drive client relationships, pipeline development, capture strategy, and delivery performance across a global practice spanning the U.S., UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia/New Zealand. This is a senior role with real accountability: you'll report directly to the Global B+P SVP, Head of Strategy & Growth, and work hand-in-hand with AECOM's U.S. Department of Defense team.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree plus 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership capacity
Proven track record working with Prime System Integrators and U.S. DOD/DOW agencies
Deep commercial knowledge of the defense infrastructure sector — contracts, fees, and client needs
Experience leading complex, multi-region pursuits and accounts across multidisciplinary teams
Executive-level stakeholder engagement skills; background in advanced manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus
U.S. citizenship required; visa sponsorship and relocation are not available for this position
