About the role

Terracon's Fort Collins office is growing its due diligence team and needs an experienced Environmental Project Manager to lead Phase I/II ESAs, tank closure assessments, limited site investigations, and brownfield projects. You'll own all aspects of project delivery — scope, schedule, budget, safety, and client communication — while coordinating with scientists, geologists, and engineers across the office. This is a mid-to-senior level role with real ownership over a varied project portfolio in the local Front Range market.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field, plus at least 5 years of relevant experience (or 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree)
OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification with a current annual refresher
Demonstrated experience with Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments and site investigation services
Working knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations, including risk assessment and remediation strategies
Strong technical writing and organizational skills; comfortable preparing proposals, reports, and regulatory correspondence
Valid driver's license; ability to travel to project sites periodically
PE, PG, or equivalent professional registration preferred
10 years of environmental consulting experience preferred
