About the role

JLL's project management team delivers complex commercial real estate projects across office, retail, industrial, healthcare, and aerospace and defense sectors. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll own the full project lifecycle — planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution — while keeping clients informed and teams aligned. This is a client-facing leadership role with real ownership over outcomes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
7+ years of project management experience, preferably in commercial real estate
Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Solid organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously
PMP certification and/or a master's degree preferred
Experience across multiple sectors (office, retail, industrial, healthcare, aerospace/defense) a plus
Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, and project management software
Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
