About the role

Fiore & Sons is a civil construction company with over 70 years of work across Colorado and the surrounding states, and this Project Manager role sits at the center of that operation. You'll own the full lifecycle of civil construction projects — residential, commercial, and industrial — managing scope changes, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets from kickoff through closeout. It's a role for someone who can hold the big picture and the line-item detail at the same time.

What we're looking for

Extensive knowledge of heavy civil construction from a planning perspective, including equipment, materials, and methods
Strong grasp of project financials: cost tracking, cash flow projections, P&L, and profitability targets
Ability to negotiate and develop scope change orders, manage submittals, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
Superior communication and soft leadership skills — this role carries project accountability without direct authority over all field staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project; ViewPoint and B2W experience a plus
Valid driver's license with an acceptable MVR
Preferred: 3+ years as a Project Manager or Superintendent; 4-year degree in Construction Management, Building Science, or Civil Engineering; LEED or CCM certification
