About the role

STV's Buildings Group is looking for a senior market leader to own and grow its transportation buildings practice across the Western U.S. You'll drive strategy, lead major pursuits, and serve as the primary face to transit authorities, DOTs, and airport agencies from California to the Pacific Northwest. This is a seller-doer role with real accountability — pipeline, backlog, client relationships, and delivery oversight all land with you.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
15+ years of experience in the planning, design, or delivery of transit and transportation-related buildings
Demonstrated success leading major pursuits for stations, maintenance facilities, or large-scale transportation infrastructure
Established relationships with West Coast agencies such as LA Metro, BART, Caltrain, California High-Speed Rail Authority, or Sound Transit
Background as a Client Account Manager, Market Leader, Principal, or Project Executive within AEC or PM/CM
Professional licensure (RA or PE) preferred but not required
Familiarity with California procurement methods (design-build, progressive DB, CM/GC) and federally funded infrastructure programs is a plus
Active involvement in industry organizations such as APTA, AREMA, AIA, or TRB is a plus
