MEP engineering jobs

MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) engineering roles on AECjobs.co include design engineers, project engineers, senior PEs, and discipline directors at multidisciplinary firms and specialty MEP practices. Vector MEP Consultants, HDR, Turner Construction (preconstruction MEP), and multi-sector engineering firms are regular posters.

Current postings show salary ranges from $90k to $125k for mid-level mechanical and electrical engineers, $125k to $200k for senior PEs and discipline leads, and $180k to $275k for business-class leaders and preconstruction executives at large firms. Healthcare, data center, and life sciences markets drive strong MEP demand across the Front Range right now.

MEP engineers with PE licensure, healthcare experience, or data center project history command the top end of these ranges. Remote roles for senior MEP leaders are not uncommon—several current postings are fully remote US-based.
